How do I become a member?

All individuals who live in Germany and are 18 years and above can freely become a member of our community.

How can I order?
  1.  Make a choice from the different category of products we have: Cannabis, Concentrates and Edibles
  2. Select the product(s) and the quantity you want.
  3. After choosing what you want, Proceed To Checkout.
  4. Fill in your Billing Details CORRECTLY. (Please check again to make sure the delivery details you provided is correct. After your package has been delivered to the address you provided, we will not be held responsible if you later inform us that it was the wrong address.)
  5. Choose your preferred Shipping Option.(Standard or Express Shipping)
  6. Choose your preferred Payment Option. (Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT)
  7. You can now place your order.
  8. Copy the Wallet Address of the payment option that you selected and make payment for your order.
  9. After you have made your payment, send a screenshot of your payment to our sales team at sales@buyqualityweedonline.com or send it by clicking the live chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page.
  10. Your payment will be verified and once it is confirmed, we will proceed immediately to packaging and ready your order for shipping and delivery. You will be notified by email of your order status and tracking information.

Who is eligible to purchase on your site?

Only qualified clients over the age of 18 who live in Germany are able to purchase marijuana on our site. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

While there are a number of scammers on the internet who claim to sell medical cannabis, we can assure you we aren’t one of them. We have spent years building a solid reputation in the marijuana space and we strongly support the proper use of cannabis for health and recreational purposes. Am I allowed to pick up my order?

No. You cannot directly pick up your order from us. After you place your order and make payment, we will prepare your order and ready it for shipping & delivery to the address you provided in the checkout section. All packages are being prepared for either Express Shipping or Standard Shipping once payment for the order has been confirmed. When your package has been registered for shipping and delivery, a Tracking Code will be sent to you so that you can track your package and know its exact time/day of arrival.

Can I place larger orders than those listed on your site?

No. If you want larger quantities than what we have listed, you may have to consider placing multiple orders. Multiple orders are always available for you.

Exception: If you are buying in huge quantities as a wholesaler, feel free to contact us for negotiations.

Why am I not receiving confirmation emails?

How do I pay?

At this time we ONLY accept payments via BITCOIN, ETHEREUM & USDT. We will be adding more Cryptocurrencies in the future.

To make payment for your order, you will copy either our Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT Wallet Address that will be shown to you after you complete your checkout details and click “Place Order”.

How do you package my shipment?

We understand that most people require discretion. So we use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. We then vacuum seal and bubble wrap the content for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would announce that you ordered cannabis. Your package will look like any normal package from the post but only you will know its content.

How long will I have to wait for the medical cannabis to arrive?

It all depends on the shipping option you choose before you checkout your order. We offer two shipping options. We provide Express Shipping which takes 24hours to deliver your package and Standard Shipping which takes 48hours to deliver your package.

Do you ship marijuana out of Germany?

No. We never do and there are no exceptions to this.

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace. When a trace is filed, we will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If we locate the package, we will re-ship it to you using the same shipping option you selected. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of the value of your package free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues. This excludes packages marked [[Delivered]] but not received by customers.
