How do you package my shipment?
We understand that most people require discretion. So we use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would announce that you ordered cannabis. Your package will look like any normal package from the post but only you will know its content.
Do you ship cannabis out of Germany?
We do not ship cannabis out of Germany.
Am I allowed to pick up my order?
No. You cannot directly pick up your order from us. After you place your order and make payment, we will prepare your order and ready it for shipping & delivery to the address you provided in the checkout section. All packages are being prepared for either Express Shipping or Standard Shipping once payment for the order has been confirmed. When your package has been registered for shipping and delivery, a Tracking Code will be sent to you so that you can track your package and know its exact time/day of arrival.
Do you have a physical location?

Can I place larger orders than those listed on your website?
If you want larger quantities than what we have listed, you will have to place multiple orders.

What happens if I do not get my package?
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace. When a trace is filed, we will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If we locate the package, we will re-ship it to you using the same shipping option you selected. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a replacement package of the same worth of your previous package and an extra bonus worth up to €50.
